Welcome! Many of you know me from my features and columns in Tuff Stuff Magazine, Sports Collectors Digest, Collecting Figures Magazine, and Becketts. Others, I have had the good fortune to meet at one of our over 500 shows we have done in the last 20 years! I am now thrilled to join you on our long awaited web site. On this page, the Figurine Fanatic, we will be sharing the latest hobby news and happenings, discussing major events, and featuring many of the special people and companies in our great hobby. I have been very fortunate to do something I have loved for nearly 20 years. And that is where I'd like to begin, with just a short piece of advice! Find something you truly love, enjoy, and are passionate about in life. With this passion and love, find a way to turn it into your life's occupation. For example, if you like to fish, become a fisherman! Sell boat equipment! Open up a fish collectibles store! You cannot be truly successful unless you have the dedication, passion, and determination to succeed. If you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life because it will be fun! This is the key to having a very successful and rewarding career. I have never once worked in this hobby. I have loved every minute of it! I hope I can pass on some of my sports collecting passion to my dear customers and collectors. As the Beverly Hillbillies (I am dating myself) used to say, take your shoes off, relax and stay awhile!
